Studio Bliss, Central Vermont's first comprehensive center for expressive movement, offers weekly classes in Nia, TangoFlow, yoga, pilates and dance. We feature an extensive private practice in healing/therapeutic movement techniques, plus special events and workshops in the expressive and healing arts, with topics ranging from body-centered creative writing to feng shui, African drumming, shamanic journeying and Authentic Movement (AM).
We are also home to the Rutland Tango Society, hosting weekly classes and practicas in the passionate art of Argentine Tango.
Since we opened in 2003, Studio Bliss has been devoted to the belief that expressive movement is a key source of fitness, creativity and health. We explore movement forms that promote flexibility, increase body awareness, relieve stress and support emotional well-being. We believe that a truly health body-mind is strong, fit, flexible and expressiveness to embody all the emotions and sensations that make us human.
So come, step out of your stressed-out life, for an hour, and dance your way to Bliss!
