Central
Vermont's first comprehensive center for expressive movement,
offering daily classes in Nia, Yoga, and dance styles from
around the world.
Dedicated
to the belief that expressive movement is a key source of fitness,
creativity and health, Studio Bliss explores
movement forms which promote strength and flexibility, increase
body awareness, relieve stress and support emotional well-being.
With
a primary focus on Nia and Yoga,
we draw from a wide range of styles, both ancient and modern,
which emphasize natural dance movement, breath, meditation and
a balanced blend of structure and free expression. Besides our
regular weekly classes, we host special workshops and performances
featuring African, Middle Eastern, folk and "trance"
dance; drumming; chant; poetry and much, much more!
